Fantastic hotel - shame Chaweng town wasn’t better

Buffet breakfast excellent Evening menu and food excellent Staff were brilliant- especially Milk

The Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and always had a smile on their faces

Amazing location but needs good improvements.

Amazing property, with the view was amazing, staff were incredibly helpful.

The property key swipe access system was a pain in the arse because we kept locking our selves out and there was no way of preventing it unless we had a swipe access card with us at all times, even when using the private pull or day bed. Or we had to leave a door open which let bugs in and A/C out. Towels were really cheap and not of amazing quality. Bedding felt cheap as well.

Relaxing atmosphere with some room for improvement

Loved the authentic, relaxing atmosphre. Pool spectacular. One of the best we have ever seen. Beautiful beach, great setting. Good breakfast included. Staff poolside a real highlight. Most staff lovely and helpful. Some noteable exceptions unfortunately

You can tell this resort was hit hard by COVID closures as not a lot of money has been spent on upkeep. Could do with a refresh, but understand this may require some time. We were travelling as a group of 5, 3 adults two 16 year old boys. Our teenager is 6ft3 so a trundle bed is just not an option. This posed quite some issues for us and was reluctantly rectified by the manager with an upgrade. Trundle ok for 1 night. We were there for 9! Would recommend booking Villa if travelling with older kids. Most staff lovely, but 1 lady was downright rude. She was less than helpful. Unfortunately the stay ended as it started when they tried to make us pay our room bill twice would recommend double checking or avoiding that all together by paying as you go rather than charging to the room. Internet requires re signing in every day. Not a major drama just a little annoying and finally the Tv is pointless. Only English show was Bevis and Butthead on repeat so come prepared with your own entertainment oprions.

Our room was amazing, modern and in an amazing location. Great view out of the window! It was also great having such a big pool and a lovely beach on our doorstep.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng, but close enough to get to for food and shopping. Nora Beach had a nice vibe.

The gym and its equipment are neglected and not cleaned well. The floor mats stank to the high heavens and the treadmill looks like a rusty old ship. Never cleaned of sweat. Having said that though, it worked well.

Great place to stay feels like your staying in a rainforest! Highly recommend upgrading to the villas as it’s a bit more room and privacy. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but still only 100 baht to Chaweng or 200 baht to the fisherman’s village. Spa was lovely and great deals were on. We went to there Hawaiian night was great value for money and so much fun. Happy hour at the pool bar and the blue bar were great !! the Only down side I would say is the breakfast was a tad average . Highly recommend staying there for a family holiday and for a couples romantic retreat !

The accommodation was very clean and well kept. The pool bar was amazing and Lou was just so nice, very funny lad. The spa was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. It is a small distance outside Chaewng but you will get a tuc tuc for 100bath.

The website said about and airport shuttle but we had to still pay for it and it cost 500bath as it was before 6a.m and if it’s after 6a.m it’s 300bath.

The staff made Christmas special. From carols to lighting of tree, buffet meal and entertainment. Not overly priced. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent resort, would highly recommend.

Swim up bar right on the beach was great! Staff were really friendly. It was really clean.

Food wasn't great, and very expensive. But plenty of great options in town. I'd still recommend a stay here and come back myself.

We stayed in the beach front private villa. Private pool and loungers brilliant. Villa itself beautiful and clean. Was so peaceful; it felt like you were completely alone in this paradise! Due to being so far from lobby; upon calling reception they’d send a buggy to pick you up and take you. Restaurants was brilliant, food lovely and staff fantastic! Would 100% recommend the beach villa to anybody and will definitely be back!

Breakfast could have been better; stale croissants.
